  1. Yes, there's a long process of physical therapy that would be needed IF we could repair all the connectivity throughout the body to even GET to that point. Artificial forms might- in theory -be better considering we might be able to extend longevity in a form that can be more easily repaired while the brain is kept active and alive, so we'd have the time to learn to use it...BUT, we need a means of having that do everything our nervous system does currently. The tech isn't there yet.
