Phobia for needles? Old and frail? Vaccines are safe and effective in the majority of cases. Long-term side-effects that we can't establish right now may pop up for some, but for anyone who've followed the destruction caused by this pandemic, the benefits outweighs the small number of potential risks.

@thomasfholland Shockwaves, a large amount of debris and the impact of the initial crashes resulted in building 7 collapsing. Fun conspiracy though. I remember almost falling for it back when I was a kid.
2
To Biden's credit, he always blesses the troops at the end of his speeches and seems to have a profound love and concern for his military. I can respect that. What I cannot understand is why he allowed this completely humiliating and deadly situation to occur in Afghanistan. The scenario at the airport and for the US troops/diplomats/civilians has been the equivalent to a ticking bomb for very long and could've been avoided.
2
Navalny is a civic nationalist from what i've gathered. Proud of his country, his people, and willing to protect it by force. Guess how the West usually would label such a person? As a WWII enabling rayzcist with inhumane stances. Guess why the West supports him either way?

All of these police officers from different backgrounds being respected no matter where they come from, and there's still false claims floating around out there about systematic discrimination or racism. Don't let the fraudulent activists get away with their fabrications. You can argue that this video proves nothing, but those claiming that there's engraved discrimination has the burden of proof on them, and are always unable to provide any concrete proof.
2
..what? The english speaking world and its respective advanced countries are rooting out poverty and assisting the poor part of the world to minimize its presence by spending hundreds of millions dollars annually. That's the opposite of having an "appetite for poverty porn".
2
Half of the country won't ever go out to protest and show antagonism to the army. Just like in Hong Kong, the majority will be silent and supportive of the new rule.
2
If you've read any objective article about Boeing and all the intervention that has been made lately, you'll be aware that a whole lot of changes is in place now.
2
Let China handle their own residents however they like. Don't intervene. Don't start these hurtful diplomatic disputes. Focus on your own country's and people's issues.
2
@regu6582 I think it's the microphone, sound technology and editing that results in the bugs, not YouTube's video player.
2
Prescriptions to handle HIV should be made forbidden. Why? Because it leads to the maintenance of conduct that results in you contracting many viruses. A conduct associated with misery, addiction and other issues. This should be clear to anyone who've looked into this field.
2
Stop murdering your children that you brought to this world. HOW can that be so much to ask for?
2
Root our excessive suppression and terrorism? Root our the sponsorship of global militias?
2
During 2021, hopefully. 1 day to go!
2
Why is always BLM and rainbow colored movements involved in businesses related to disabilities?
2
Is it that hard to abstain from partying and mindlessly interacting in close vicinity of others during a pandemic...?
2
Drastic times calls for desperate measures. At least you can make your own schedule, live relatively free, do what you want, enjoy tasty food, and know that you are protecting yourself and fellow human beings from a virus. It's only temporary, as well.
2
Boris is really unpredictable. A libertarian up until he nearly died by the corona because of his own obesity, then he decided to change his mind (good). He implemented one of the harshest lockdowns in Europe (valid decision at the time) even though he tends to claim to love freedom and prevent tyranny. Planning to criminalize intrusive demonstrations (can be a good thing if you value stability and oppose most protests these days) even though the UK police force is weak/disarmed and barely can defend themselves because that's the Western way of doing things. Exaggerating the few positive things about Brexit, downplaying the negatives. You never know what you get from this guy. He's criticized within his own party from all sides.
2
Because she has had it.

These power hungry witch hunters are desperately trying to remove the right to run for president, because they've tricked the media and the populace by making things up about Trump's statements and own intents that in no way shape or form were impeachable. If Trump's actions justifies impeachment, the whole of Congress ought to be impeached. These representatives are spitting on the constitution, the rule of law and due process. Despicable.
2
It's easy to abide by this new law, really. Don't publish malicious and derogatory information about the police with the intent to defame or harm them. Keep it objective. Publish information or footage about what happened in a certain situation. All of this will keep you out of trouble and avoid fines. Nobody should be able to humiliate the police force just because they disagree with police officers' acts of intervening and arresting heavy criminals. 99,9% of police officers are respectable and does their job properly. The 0,1% are handled.
2
Lol, Trump has done nothing wrong. There's a bunch of people pretending to be democratic supporting exceptionally undemocratic actions because Trump has been effective in his presidency. He's chastised leftists. The media's lies. Torn down the establishment. I can see why his opponents and the swamp creatures are upset, and now we're seeing these frauds undemocratic inclinations.

An extremist group is already represented in the Lebanese parliament, Hizbollah.

Pretty sure the manufacturers paid settlements long ago. Remember hearing something about it like 10 months ago. What we ought to do next is to electrify the economy. Make sure that solely electric cars are produced, sold and used on the streets. The loud road noise will cease, and pollution will disappear rapidly.
1
Incompetent political decisions and those responsible for one's deployment not putting enough safety precautions in place (hard in this country) can be a death sentence. We see that time and time again. Rest in peace to the fallen victims.
1
Biden literally called the criminal family. Interfered in the process. Did all he could to punish his OWN law enforcement. It's repulsive how so many people have shown sympathy for hooligans rather than the police officers who've tried to stop and remove these hooligans. This precedent is alarming. Let it be known, I won't sympathize with those who'll end up in the crosshairs by the waves of crime, riots and illegalities that this will lead to in the end. Something that these people have created themselves by participating in dogmatic and bloodthirsty mob rule, undermining justice and due process. Chauvin did nothing wrong.
1
I hope Duterte steps in. This war against drugs is completely valid if you're in favor of getting rid of severe crime, abuse and societal threats. Those working against this cause are also threats.
1
Why are BBC displaying provocatively dressed girls shaking their butts to show how things used to be? As if it's normal and preferable? Promiscuity is nothing to celebrate.
1
No, it doesn't. Hydro has been proven ineffective when handling the virus. So why would you use that?
1
If we did the right thing from the beginning, such as severely restricting travel, transport, gatherings, and public events, hospitals would we empty now. No delays would've occurred.
1
The question is if law & order ever will be the sustained norm without a strongarm president in the White House.
1
Who cares. Nothing will convince the zealots who already has decided their convictions. Never appeal to those that can't be appealed to. To those with bad intentions.
1
@pedopeter4166 No, he's right, on the side of justice, and on the side of public safety. Responding in such an unnuanced and knee-jerk manner just makes you look stupid. Your emotions are talking. Put that aside if you're gonna analyze and discuss the arrest of an unstable person who committed crimes.
1
Ouch that is scary.
1
What you just said has nothing to do with anything, and made just about 3% sense. Re-evaluate. But alcohol abstention is a good thing. It's a shame that it isn't implemented by coercion, such as forbidding destructive alcohol consumption altogether. Many countries would benefit by that.
1
@ramonching7772 Well said. 👏
1
Phew, this insanely cute little rat and its species disappearing entirely wouldn't have been pleasant. Glad that they're alive and well!
1
@expectedlyintherapyyyy Bad circumstances at these people's home countries. Provide a manageable amount of capital, resources, security cooperation and assistance in order to eliminate poverty, chaos and insurgents groups at home. Make sure that the countries implement a functioning economic policy that ensures a path to growth and prosperity. Those are some measures that are done today, and should be maintained. Migration should be limited since it doesn't really solve anything but rather create issues for the host.
1
I read the report about it. Seems like the speed of certain processes where spinning is involved may be sped up a little, if I interpreted it properly. Faster machines, cogs, and wheels? More efficiency for many of the things that people do daily? Maybe. Anyway, very interesting news.
1
So why has vaccines in the past worked to eradicate certain deadly diseases? Why are several vaccines still recommended and effective these days when handling many different diseases/viruses? It works and that's why every government is making investments.
1
@zeberdee1972 How so?
1
@hkicgh7277 Religious, superstitious, and radicalized dogmatism is partially what has led to these rebels mobilizing and terrorizing the country. Got a problem with that description?
1
What a reprehensible reaction by this woman. They're upset about their "violation of privacy" and that there are cemeteries for these innocent and little babies that they decided to abort to (likely) uphold an immoral lifestyle. They don't think or care for the baby. They're not reluctant to commit atrocious action against living individuals. Psychopathic tendencies.
1
Just test every resident closely and quarantine them before letting the person enter another country. That should apply on everyone from a poor, quite dirty, and undeveloped country with a lack of infrastructure, hygiene and healthcare.
1
@benferriggi9765 It'll never be a right to live in a way that infringes upon and hurts others (exacerbating the pandemic), you could therefore on rational ground defend and rationalize obligatory vaccination.
1
Some of these vaccinations manufacturers has said that they'll provide cheaper prices for the impoverished countries. Organizations has stated that they'll try and equally distribute the vaccines. But the affluent and developed countries has made massive investments in purchasing the vaccines so their orders will of course take precedence.
1
Not much will change. Israel will be prioritized by the US Israeli ministers, NATO's increased budget seen under Trump will likely remain intact, and the military/diplomatic cooperation that actually remained widespread under Trump, will remain. I presume certain trade barriers will be lifted and US-EU trade wars be toned down, though, benefitting both sides.
1
@NehaKUMARI-kn6nx Kind of ironic if Indians are pointing out the flaws in people's english accents when almost every single english speaker are incredibly annoyed with the intrusive Indian english speaking accent lol, an accent that is a challenge listening to
1
I wonder if the gang deliberately ("accidentally") emptied a bunch of money on the streets so that the robbers friends and associates could pick it up without suspicion. Although I assume that most of this money will be seized.
1
Infection rates started to drop back during spring. Eventually the virus rebounded and the spread worsened rapidly. What sort of argument are you even making?
