  1. I'm personally a quite avid news observer and have only missed a couple of the news pieces in this entire compilation. If you're relatively observant and paying attention to the news, you've probably heard of most of these events.

  2.  @wotintarnation8388  Only in public, sadly. The law is (of course) opportunistically in line to appeal to Kim's foul habits. But no one's surprised that the DPRK's regime doesn't in actuality care about their citizens or their health.
