Not really. Many of these vandals, rioters and extremists has created a war-esque situation, which warrants a militarized and brutal crackdown by our federal authorities in order to restore peace and remove illegal elements from our country. Downsizing these aspects will only create an increase in crime, illegal activities and lawlessness which benefits the individuals who deserves it the least.

No knock warrants can be justified in a lot of cases. When catching dangerous individuals such as murderers, black market operatives, terrorists, junkies and those who destroys our country. In the Breonna Taylor case, though, they seem to according to all available parameters have messed up badly which should result in ramifications and rectifications. Such outlier cases doesn't warrant a dismantlement of our police or casting suspicious over those who protects the civilized law-abiding citizens.

@UMadBro13 The scene were NYPD drove into people was beautiful. The protesters were slamming the car, occupied the disrupted and chaotic area, and ignored the orders. 100% justified...as in most cases. People were rightfully shot with rubber bullets for adding to the chaos, supporting the unrest and engaging in illegalitites. Totally justified too. Yeah...we've got a different worldview here.

@neeneko I responded with a long paragraph, but YouTube's annoying filtering system removed it. *sigh*. The police are responding after reports have been made. They're there after a crime or esclated situation has surfaced. Those contributing to a prolonged unrest, those defying orders, those staying in the way, and particularly those committing severe crimes, will be handled roughly by the police for good and necessary reason.

Judging by the atrocious developments the past weeks in the US; i'd totally support an increased militarization of our police and authorities. It's precisely what we need to clean up this mess.

@neeneko I don't really mind if they're used as a way to boost the morale within the department. As long as no innocents are hurt, go ahead with it. We need to establish societal power against those who abuse and tarnish our nation, as a deterrent, to serve justice and protect the civilized.

@dylanf3108 Yeah. They're abolished in some PD's already, or only used in cases of emergency.

@neeneko Shouldn't the society be protected from violent criminals? Why should the public protect criminals from the police?

@oqcritic5337 Unfortunate but outlier case.
