  1. What's that supposed to mean? Segregation and "racist" laws are long abolished. Assistance and support is distributed to these minority groups, and equal opportunities prevails in the US. What more are you specifically asking for? The ability to riot and destroy America further without ending up jailed? Instead of second chances, third chances?

  2. Everyone has access now, and during the past several decades. But some demographics aren't seen there as commonly, since they're still significantly more probable to not have the ability/knowledge to swim.
