  1. They should close down religious gatherings, churches, and indecent partying clubs. These have been some of the main sources of the spread. South Korea needs to get the message.

Many religious fools has decided to boycott the vaccine, undermined the pandemic, and by unsubstantiated speculations questions health officials advice. Many won't take the vaccine because it isn't "approved" by some fundamentalist clerics. That's almost as idiotic as undermining the pandemic in the West and opposing quarantine measures. Limitless democracy and absolute free speech has been some of the main flaws in this pandemic.
