  1. Valid observations, pretty much spot on. But these plans are just for the end of the year. It's the first stage and the first batch of vaccination. I assume the ordered vaccines will be increased exponentially by the beginning of next year, if the funds and resources are there.

  2. Corona, cartels, crime, the worst murder rate (almost) in the world, gangs acting like the mafia, infiltration of criminal gangs in the government, and economic downturn. Mexico has a LOT to deal with. Perhaps step one could be to remove the left-wing president that has contributed to a preservation of the societal flaws that don't want to cease.
