  1. Why isn't the Myanmar army's style and Chinese tactics used against ISIL? Shouldn't be that hard to tackle and assert control over these groups with such approaches. Although I presume the EU and UN are stating that it's a little to harsh, preventing the tactics from being initiated, which is what upholds the trend where these acts of terrorism are commonplace.
