He delivered an accurate summary of the sham Mueller investigation, has defended the legal authority to investigate alleged voter fraud, is aware of the presidential powers given by the constitution, and sees the need in law & order. This is why he's despised. Because he's a powerful guy defending the police, the rule of law and our authorities.
