  1. That's a factually untrue statement. US soft power and its influential role on the global market has resulted in dozens of nations looking up to the US and cooperating closely. You can criticize the US, but don't do so with misleading statements.

  2. For leadership? Of course, america is still an exceptionally strong superpower with the greatest military on earth. For democracy? Not really, no, after all the rejections of investigating electoral fraud. After all the instability and failures of the system.
