  1. Pretty much. The only problem with that is that the military may be corrupt, unpredictable and not determined to help the people. I think that's a risk that some countries may have to take though.

  2. There's anarchists advocating for anti-state notions while real anarchy prevails in parts of Africa. Pathetic to see that so many are advocating against their own interests, and for ideas that time and time again destroys societies.
