  1. It's not only the government. What are they realistically supposed to do? Implement statism maybe? The people make up the culture and all of its flaws. Incentivize the people to start valuing bettering the country, respecting each other and wiping out beliefs that leads to bloodshed, and you may be on the right track. Until then, the world should avoid associating with this type of country.
