  1. You can scapegoat USA, but prosecuting or scapegoating USA won't solve Iraq's issues with extremism, corruption, poverty and illiteracy.

  2. At least he brings peace. That's always something. But Iraq's fundamental and deeply engrained problems won't be solved by a symbolic visit from a religious leader or more praying.
