  2. Should children (minors) with suicide vests and heavy military equipment be treated as innocent children? I don't think so. That's a naive Western way of thinking, which the West, for now, can afford to maintain up on their high horse. Colombia has massive issues with illegal cartels, communist rebels, drug trade and networks destroying the country and destabilizing the area. Even the global scene is impacted by Colombia's failures. Of course something has to be done against this.
