  1. This is just symbolic and meaningless formalities. Maduro has had control of all legislative chambers and the country for years, by cheating, jailing opponents, and opposing a legitime election. It doesn't look bright for venezuelans. Poverty, oppression, famine and desperation will continue under Maduro's corrupt and undesirable reign of terror.
