  1. Some stability for Libya would be a long time coming for the country. Much desired. But how can you implement a democratic form of governance and a new constitution when only one side of the multifaceted partially believes in unity and democracy? It's not certain that Haftar will recognize the new constitution or policies by the GNA as legitimate.
