The Hong Kong police force is one of the most professional and respected police forces in Asia. The accusations against them are mostly exaggerated, debunked or anecdotes/outlier cases used to improperly characterize them in a bad light. I can see why journalists spreading blatant fake news with an anti-cop angle are being prosecuted.
