  1. Biden chose Janet Yellen as US secretary of Treasury, a person in favor of lowering the interest rates without keeping the inflation rate under control at a low and health rate. WHY is it so hard to hire and appoint individuals who'll implement a responsible monetary and fiscal policy? Cutting interest rates, purchasing bonds and stimulating the economy by all means may be needed to boost the economy and let us rebound after the pandemic. But a stagnated unemployment rate with national inflation on our hands isn't precisely preferred to see, which is what we'll see if Yellen continues with the policy, long-term, that she's known for supporting.
