  1. The NGO seems to have had ties to liberal train of thought and LGBT, which is why ties were cut. These NGOs needs to stay neutral and focus on their assignment of helping and protecting the vulnerable, rather than shoehorning unwanted political values in a country. Russia cut ties to a similar NGO recently, but for worse and unjustified reasons from what I recall.
