Don't blame USA for the broad corruption, incompetence and the ever reoccurring socialist doctrine that Venezuela is engraved in and time and time again leads to failures.

@hselctrical Even without the sanctions and even with a competent group handling the Venezuela oil- and gas companies on a booming oil market, the country would still suffer economic issues and stagnation due to the fact that anti-competitiveness, regulation, restrictions to foreign trade, poor monetary policy and the inability to attract investors/innovation. Might be time to realize that propaganda by foreign actors or anti-socialist elements isn't what is causing your socialist government to fail completely. Defending a continuation of the oppression and misery is inhumane, and will worsen the situation for your fellow men.

USA don't want anyone from the more impoverished and unstable countries. Too much of a burden. Although things has changed lately with Biden. He's way more open to open up the floodgates, uncritically.

@artdefiesgravity8013 Explain to us less enlightened individuals how the Maduro government isn't a strong factor that has caused the misfortune and social/economic issues seen in Venezuela

It was relatively successful for a while under Chavez and when the oil industry was booming. The oil market crashed. Who could've thought that putting all of one's eggs in one basket would be an immense risk? Not Venezuela's socialist rule, apparently. Nationalizing several important industries, hiring unqualified workers, engaging in price fixing, stifle free trade, printing a bunch of cash to handle shortages (causing hyperinflation) and playing a blame game instead of acknowledging that your anti-profit socialist policies doesn't work, is a recipe for disaster. That is seen every single time someone tries to steer their country into a socialist direction.

Good luck using low-tier firearms to fight off an army...not gonna work. I do understand if Venezuelans are feeling desperate and wishes to overthrow their broken state though. But they'll be slaughtered by the state if they try challenge it. Also, it's unclear how manipulated the Venezuelan elections are, but a vast majority seems to potentially support the socialist and corrupt Maduro regime. So it's almost as if the people, partially, created their own destiny. Over and over again.

There's plenty of reasons to flee Venezuela. But people will keep defending its leadership that has obliterated the country and oppressed its people. Millions have fled from the country the past decades. Millions.

@NyetTube You're on the wrong track if you believe that the challenges that everyone faces in Venezuela has to do with alleged US involvement or sanctions. It's economic mismanagement by the socialist state, stifling intervention on the market and grave corruption/thuggish behavior by top officials that has resulted in miserable circumstances being cemented in the country.

@rogerioseabra1420 That's all you've got? Did Maduro tell you to say that? No explanation? Get an education.

@rogerioseabra1420 Keep living in a backwards hellhole where everyone's stuck in the mud then. Have fun. Not gonna try and help people who make fun of and insult me for trying to do so. I live in a quite thriving, rich and relatively peaceful country, so it doesn't matter to me. But don't come and ask for help when you realize what you've done.
