  1.  @tituss559  Because many humans are animals that can't control their own desires, think about others or plan ahead. Many can't think of what their actions may lead to. This is an issue everywhere that needs governmental regulation. Punishments for leaving a child. Sanctions against those reproducing irresponsibly. Encouragements to work hard and stay together in a family, etc.

  2. Many are promiscuous and primitive, using women as property to inject their desires into to then leave. Some are irresponsible, joins insurgent groups or simply don't have that biological desire to care for and raise children. The chaotic circumstances may deplete that natural vein.

  4. How do the Taliban and insurgent groups even live with themselves when they have these atrocities circumstances in the back of their minds that they've contributed to? Frustrating to see that the civilized world still hasn't hit, removed and neutralized those seeking to destroy and seize illegal power in Afghanistan to establish a terror regime.
