A concession and act of good will, even though it doesn't look good for a conservative religious nation to back down to external pressure like this.

  3. He literally spoke with the Chinese president last night and issued worry about what's happening there. But he shouldn't speak on the matter, honestly. How China assimilates its people is up to China, not the rest of the world.
