  1. No, the death penalty is useful. It eliminates recidivism rates, serves justice, deters wrongdoing, and makes sure that the society is safe while valuing the victims of crime. Just make sure that no innocent people are executed.

  2. It's more sick to let murderers, terrorists, rapists and pedophiles be upheld at the taxpayers expense, and eventually release them into society at society's expense.

  3. Bible justifies harsh punishments against murder, thievery, adultery, and infringements upon others. It isn't murder, really, if you impose it to prevent crime and punish heavy criminals.
