I don't necessarily disagree with the outcome here, but it's strange for courts to all of a sudden basically change and Dutch law or interpret the constitution in a distorted manner by adjusting the modern standards. Many corporations would be forbidden and punished by these new constitutional interpretations, after these corporations have been totally permitted for decade after decade. Strange that the court system holds this amount of power.
