  2. Independent observer here; These specific executive orders are indisputably beneficial for America and the world. Trump had his flaws and his positive characteristics, his weak response to corona was one of his flaws, for sure. I think he'd have been reelected if it weren't for the pandemic. The leverage and criticism that his opposition had prior to the coronavirus was not persuasive in any way.
