  1. Africa's population is very young. They for the most part won't feel the effects of the virus. There's plenty of other more serious virus epidemics and challenges that these people face as well. But I don't see what's with the entitlement from the representatives of this continent. The rich world developed the vaccines (and most existing prescriptions for that matter) and carries Africa on their shoulders in every way. Of course their own populations will be prioritized. Countries across the world aren't just charities providing handouts with no strings attached or limits. Let's not forget initiatives such as COVAX and all the foreign aid.
