  1. One's background and race has nothing to do with one's ability to lead a country. That's a racist and outdated outlook. Many of these people tend to be uneducated and have limited capacities to lead/govern a country as well, which also turns your suggestion into a very dangerous one.

  2. I don't know the merits to these Ecuadorians election fraud claims, but in the United States, they'd be dismissed as conspiracy theorists, as undemocratic actors, and they'd be filtered/censored from the discourse completely. Even without any investigations or audits into the assertions.
