  1. Haftar will apparently not be backing down with his military offensive and bombing campaigns. And do you think the UAE, Egypt and some Western allies will give up their military, financial and moral support for Haftar? Doubtful. And that's what is required for a prolonged ceasefire and in the end a peace deal.
