@benghazi4216 The West holds many elections and many Western countries have difficulties forming principled coalition governments. Parties tend to shape a coalition with their respective opposition parties. My comment here was a half-joke about the annoyance in having to have constant elections, leading to division and a hard time creating a stable government. This, as opposed to the countries that holds no election or holds election on symbolic posts and then carries on as if nothing happened, with no time wasted.
