  2. Humans are always gonna find a reason to hurt, attack and murder each other unless checks are in place. Unless the right values are imprinted upon society. Tragic that humanity has such a depraved history of bloodlust, bloodbath and carnage.

  3. Were they carried out by a recognized and official state? If so, that's usually why it isn't labelled as "terrorism" (if what you're saying is true). A brutal terror regime tends to be labelled as "terrorist" though.
