  1. No need to bring national division into this. If the plane manufacturing company or airline kept on making mistakes in their job to secure that the planes are safe to fly, the company responsible would be criticized severely and regulated for it. That's what is happening to Boeing in the USA the past years. The company has lost billions and their planes grounded, up until recently. Similar action is taken now.
