A completely weakened and feminized police force handling dangerous criminals as if the perpetrators are innocent individuals whom are slightly misguided and deserves a second chance. That's not how you create notion of respect for authorities. That's not how law & order is established or maintained. Zero tolerance crackdowns is the way to go.
