China and Russia (and their socialist allies) openly turning a blind eye to evasion of sanctions, illegal trade, trafficking, and strengthening the position of rogue unpredictable tates with nuclear weapons that may be launched at any time....yeah, nobody should be surprised. That's why all of these countries should be treated as pariahs until they start behaving in a legitimate manner that benefits rather than destroys the world.
