  1. An uneducated populace being deceived and swindled by politicians is a dangerous combo seen throughout the world. History easily repeats itself and ineffective sound-good-policies gets support. Hopefully Peru manages to stay afloat even though the people responded to a bad situation by voting a socialist leaning candidate into power.
