  1. Criminals, those looking for a poisonous revolution, and politicians looking to consolidate power while living in gated communities. Some people simply don't care about lawlessness, either due to a deranged worldview, due to not having experienced the fatal and horrific aspect of no order prevailing, and since they're brainwashed into believing that law & order is "fascist suppression". Hopefully people vote properly in the upcoming election.
