  1. These birth rates are seen all over the Western world where liberal democracy and liberation movements dictates everything. There's an easy solution to this. Strengthen families through external pressure and policies exerted by the state. Bring in migrant workers to boost GDP and replace the shortage of workers and hinder a deteriorating welfare system. And lastly, increase the immigration rates, but do so in a way that Singapore would–by strict requirements, surveillance, and clear guidelines that everyone has to follow. Japan and South Korea would greatly benefit by this.
