  1. He'll probably rule the country for a few more decades. Then he's able to die in peace by this immunity protection, without being penalized for his crimes (allegedly poisoning dissidents), misconduct (not taking infrastructure safety seriously, causing many catastrophes, oil leaks and nuclear fallout) and negligent geopolitical/domestic policy (destabilizing the world, supporting socialist states, not doing what it takes to build up a strong and prosperous country).
