  1. Vandals, thugs and pirates would steal and obliterate them. Why should artifacts be sent back if their safety can't be ensured? If they were stolen during a time when everyone stole items?

  2. During a time when everybody robbed each other, and the UK came out on top. Funnily enough, the collection of artifacts, fossils, and items of cultural heritage is way more safe and protected in the UK, compared with their home countries.
