  1. It's not even hypcocritical. The countries that obsess over gender inequality and equal rights in the 21st century tends to be unreligious with a state separated from the church. Countries that have downsized every religious value in existence in order to reconstruct (and destroy) what religion is all about. The Vatican and Pope has almost joined this change, by abandoning all conservative and decent values that religion used to have. In the undeveloped world, the opposite is true.

  2. At which point do your religion cease to mean something, when you've gone on to change every single fundamental value that built your religion? Secular, leftist and the countries willing to change values when something new and dirty comes up are great examples here. From a religious point of view, they've become what they once swore to destroy.

  3. Some policies that many Westerners would deem as "sexist" are biologically compatible, reasonable, effective and often preferred by both genders. Letting different tasks be handled by different genders. Upholding chastity and modest behavior for safety reasons, to prevent unwanted pregnancies, and to develop a moral compass that don't involve defending abortion and indecency, etc. Many examples.
