  1. Shortages of testing kits has been a big issue in many countries. Partially due to natural shortages on the market, but also due to negligence, poor strategy and wrong priorities. Sweden is a good example of this. We barely tested initially, didn't track/quarantine anyone, really, and let anyone travel freely into Sweden. That's why they've got one of the worst per capita death rate in the world.
