  1. Amazon is one of the workplaces with quite good benefits and decent working conditions when you take a look at the requirements to vote there and since they pay at least $15/h to every worker. I'm sure it's very monotone and physically difficult to work there though. Long days. Lots of carrying weight with pure muscle. Few breaks. But I can also see why Amazon are dismissing the complaints when they treat the employees better than many other corporations in the USA. Although maybe that says more about America and its current market conditions as a whole..

  2. Ye. This isn't on Amazon nor an Amazon policy. When you drive in the middle of nowhere, far away from the city or local areas, at an isolated rural area, do you really expect toilets to be readily available everywhere? Sounds like truckers in tandem with Amazon has to plan their routes and daily routines better.
