The ex-interior minister in Niger, Mohamed Bazoum, is part of the "Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism". Is more revolutionary politics and democracy where mob rules dictates policy the solution to the unrest and instability that tend to hold Africa captive? I truly doubt it. It's been tried before.
