  2. The culprit being a drug user isn't unlikely. Psychiatric issues is also widespread in USA. Yet there's people trying to make it easier to access drugs, guns, and do nothing about the growing increase of psychiatric shortcomings. These deadly scenarios shows why we have to do the opposite.
