  2. Oh look. the UN playing on the same side as these militant extremists by criticizing the USA for designating the group in a proper manner. You can't negotiate and reach peace with terrorists. With individuals proudly committing crimes against humanity. This designation doesn't stop funds, food aid and assistance from reaching Yemen. EVEN if it does, the terror designation may increase the chances of ending the war sooner, leading to fewer deaths and casualties in the end.
