  1. Tedros is generally objective and has rightfully commended China for quickly quarantining their cities. But he should've called out China for not releasing information about the virus earlier, which resulted in a delayed WHO response and a delayed alert. However, WHO acts as a mediator between the represented countries. So its leadership can't do whatever it wishes. They're not there to turn off or chastise contentious members.
