Not really. Islamic countries are opposed to immigration. They're opposed to all forms of elements and signs that could be seen as a threat to their nation and culture. If placing people in reeducation camps or sentencing groups to execution is a necessity to uphold stability, no matter what groups the policies are impacting, these Islamic countries would be doing it. That's why they're quiet about China, because China are handling threats and are closely cooperating at a diplomatic and financial level with the muslim world.
