  1.  @slyman6666  Because they've been working a year to develop these vaccines and many corporations are at similar stages in their clinical trial..? There's nothing shady about that. What's shady is that WHO seems to be floating the idea that people should be stigmatized for not vaccinating, to push countries and citizens to vaccinate people. I'm personally in favor of obligatory vaccination, but WHO getting involved to this degree comes across as questionable.

  2. "WHO is looking to discriminate against people", in other words. Jeez. Why stigmatize someone for not being willing to take a vaccine by making sacrifices to protect people that are unwilling to sacrifice themselves? That's the boat i'm in. We have a voluntary-based vaccination program in my country, and I'm not willing to handle the potential side-effects of a vaccine to protect a population that couldn't care less if they, people around them or the collective died. It should be obligatory or not rolled out, in my opinion. Or if it is rolled out, don't stigmatize people.
