Snowfall has decreased, winters has become warmer and shorter, and the global temperature has gradually increased over the years due to what seems to be human footprint, which leads to glaciers melting, sea levels rising, and a demoralizing hot climate which results in people emigrating. The existence of snow doesn't mean what you seem to think it means.
