  1. The virus determines how most countries reacts, if the country is governed by a responsible entity. The problem with China is that they jailed and censored doctors/journalists for speaking about the virus outbreak early on. That China weren't transparent. That China would manufacture and spread this virus to control the rest of the world is just another childish conspiracy, honestly.
