  1. Surprised that these lifestyles are tolerated in a theocratic country such as Pakistan. It's a lifestyle that you most certainly can change by the right cultural values, education, psychological evaluation, pressure and by handling the traumatic experiences that many of these individuals have experienced. Letting the unhealthy conduct carry on and accepting all of its associated demands won't benefit a country.
